New solar thermal generation is promoted by the Energy Management Contract (EMC). The energy contract is written up to reduce end user energy consumption. The user will not need to pay for the initial solar equipment but simply pay for the hot water and energy consumed. The system will lower energy costs and the investment will pay for itself in less than 10 years. Himin looks to triple the solar thermal system installations in 8-10 years.
